Cannot open Hard Drive!

:eek: My external hard drive cannot be read on my 7 PC but can be identified on my XP. :(

When I right click it, it says "Explore" in dark grey, but "Properties" is recognizing it only as a USB device. Help will be appreciated!

You probably need to assign it a Drive Letter via disk management for it to be recognized by the system.
