Is there anyone who can help me with creating this theme?

Heii guys.
I'm not a computer genius in any way, so I've decided to photoshop some few items, and mix it together as I'd like this theme to look like. My painting might seem confusing, since it's photoshopped (I'm not an expert), but I hope these will help.

This is how I imagine the theme when it's done :

If you can change the names of the folders (such as "computer" into danish, then it would be perfect).

I know this is a giant project, even for you guys who is experts on this area, and that it's really hard since I don't have any download links to these items. But I would seriously appreciate it

I was aware of that it was a giant project I threw out here, but it would definitely be worth it
I will try to talk to him, and ask if he can do a little change, about the blue colour on the start box, and the hard disk looks.
I'm glad that you can help me, even though I set this up quite messy, with the bad photoshop aswell XD
but I have no idea on how to set these folders into a new theme, since I'm quite blanked off, so if I can get some help with that, it would be excellent
