Program trying to access my e-mail addresses

Every time Windows starts I get a message that “A program is trying to access e-mail address information stored in Outlook…. I have no idea what program is trying to access my addresses so I want to get rid of the message. If I click on “Deny” or close the message it pops up again. Help says to ensure my antivirus (Norton Security Suite) is up to date. I confirmed that it is. I cannot find where to ensure Norton is sharing its update data. The warning wouldn’t bother me except I can’t get rid of it.
