Deleted Some files. System won't standby or shutdown.

Hey guys. Long story, I accidently managed to delete all files in my c:/users directory and now my system won't go into standby or hibernate mode. It just shows a blank screen when I choose either or these but the PC never hibernates or sleeps and the only way to get it out of this state is a hard shutdown. I deleted all Files/Folders except my own user folder.

What are my options?

Restore point was my first option but too bad I don't have any. :(

I ran sfc /scannow. It found corrupt files and fixed them. Now the system standbys just fine but hibernation still hasn't been fixed.

What should I try next now?

Run the System File Checker a few more times, sometimes it takes a few attempts to fix everything that it is able to fix, if the problem still persists then we will we suggest the next step.

Windows 7 Will Not Hibernate At All

Follow some of the suggestions in the above link, if the System File Checker doesn't resolve anything further after a few attempts.
