Solved BSOD 0x0000003B on newly built Computer.

I revived a BSOD error 0x0000003B while the computer was at idle. The computer was at idle. I think I uploaded the dump file correctly. I am new here.

Your BSoDs were caused by "Symantec Extended File Attributes"
Norton is a known cause to BSoDs, suggest you to uninstall it and all its components right away.
Keep MSE instead. It's free, light weight and does not cause such problems.

I will really consider replacing Norton. I am just glad it is not the new hard wear.
Also I ran src/scannow right off the bat after reading another post. It finished with no errors to report.

Just another update. I uninstalled Norton via the link you provided. I then installed Microsoft Security Essentials. I will let you guys know if I get any more crashes or blue screens.
