Hello Scotty and welcome to Seven Forums.

Unfortunately, I'm on a work computer and it won't let me open your attachment. But Windows 7 has a built in utility called Resource Monitor that can tell you exactly how your RAM is being utilized. Click on the Memory tab to see the specifics.

One thing about Windows 7 that takes some getting used to is how it utilizes RAM. The Windows 7 philosophy is very simple: unused RAM is wasted RAM. Even if a computer has 16GB installed, just about all of it will be assigned a specific function. Some might be cached, some might be in standby, etc. But it's gonna get used somehow, someway.

If you still have questions after reviewing the Resource Monitor, don't hesitate to post back. And if you need help deciphering Resource Monitor you can also post a screnshot.
