Solved ~1000 instances of Explorer.exe

I have a problem.When I open the task manager there roughly about 1000~ instances of explorer.exe. I just got the problem today. EAch instance is about 4900 kb, which is eating up my CPU/Memory to about 90% each. Any help is greatly appreciated.

1. Download and save this tool to your desktop:

2. Run the tool, and then click 'Copy' - ignore any errors if they appear

I fixed the problem by restarting my computer. Well, thanks for the reply though.
