You could get a Gigabyte HD 6670 for $65.40 on amazon.com
Best card in your budget range and can play some games at decent quality,pretty good card for $70. Will run you BF3 in dx11 at 30fps in low-medium settings 1920x1080. So it will max out MW3 and assassins creed easy close to max settings since mw3 and assassin creed are easier games to run.

The GT 640 for that price is the best choice if your going nvdia. According to these benchmarks the gt 640 runs the same as the 6670 on a intesive game like bf3 on low settings in 1920x1080 at 29fps avg and the lowest dip being 25 for the 640 and 26 for the 6670. You should be able to run games fine with higher fps at around 1336x720 resloution. Mw3 will still have no problems though and assasins creed will run fine. So yea you can get the GT 640 since it's in your budget range and the best card from nvdia at that price.
Also looked up mw3 and apreantly this card has no problems maxing that game out at 1920x1080 at 35fps average though i would recommend a lower resolution so you could get 60fps instead.
