windows 7 start up problem

I'm having problem with my Toshiba laptop suddenly it have start up looping problem it had along time to windows start up black screen appear and hanging after a message that my hard disk had problem and need to backup my data . So I reformat my OS and re installed a new window 7 professional, After installed my drives hoping my problem start up resolved but still stays in looping problem.So i search for tread looking for a solution. I tried boot/fixmbr . bootrec ect. i installed it successful as what the tutorial but still it came in the same problem.Is it my hard drive that makes problem or theres any way I could fix this by sofware or technical solution,thank you for your time guys hoeping someone could help with me, thanks and regards.....

Since the problem returned after reinstalling I would back up my files, wipe the HD with Diskpart Clean Command to clear the boot sector of possible corruption, then follow these steps closely to get a perfect baseline Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 paying close attention to how drivers are handled in Win7 which is not at all like before.
