Hi, I'm having problems starting Windows on my brother's laptop and I'm not so tech savvy so please bear with me.
This morning I tried starting it, the two options launch startup repair and launch windows normally were displayed. I clicked launch startup repair and after it said "loading files", it gave me a black screen for nearly 2 hours. Then I restarted and clicked launch normally. It took longer than usual, then took me back to the initial toshiba startup screen.
I tried pressing f8 and booting in safe mode, but safe mode takes me back to the initial screen as well. I can't boot using last good configuration either.
The laptop is about 2 years old
Toshiba model # PSK2CU - 0QU01U
Running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit
