win 7 ultimate 32 bit playing freedom fighters error 0x008b409c

When is try to start freedom fighters i get the following error
"The instruction at 0x008b409c referenced memory at 0xb00580a8 the memory could not be written." And when i try to run the game second time it says "freedom.exe ended unexpectidetly." How do i solve this error?

try running the game in Windows XP compatibility mode and with administrator privileges.
