What I know is what I did

evening the computer normally closed
All normal to a breakfast ' on open ...sometime I see '' correct desktop.
Opens and that existed before in almost no desktop.
All folders and documents have been transferred.
Programs shortcuts and others have been deleted.
I can not delete a program or to install
Most programs that I no longer work and that energy go to do it asks me to enter like administrator. I tried to do a restore and it puts me.
Please if someone can help me apologizing for my English. Attach photos thanks

It seems you've become infected probably from the dodgy cursor crapware.

Since you have limited functionality I would start with the steps for Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start until you can work from the desktop.

It's possible you have an infection that hides your files. We can help you more specifically once we know the results of the initial malware scans run from Safe Mode or boot disk.

I would try a system restore to a point before you ran CCleaner.

Did you allow ccleaner to clean up the registry and if so did you make a backup of the registry?

Thanks for the response. The program (malware) I hadn't installed it and I can not install nor in Safe Mode.
As for CCleaner I haven't kept my backup of the registry.
I noticed that in the updates is a problem.
In reseting, you say I can not do.
Do not allow to go inside

How can I get the administrator privileges?
Thanks

I also recommend checking the validity of this Ultimate installation.

1. Download and save this tool to your desktop:
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012

2. Run the tool, and then click 'Copy' - ignore any errors if they appear

3. Use CTRL+V to paste the unedited results of the validation tool here in your next reply

Golden
