I really must restore my PC to last night. I only gives me an option of either two days ago or earlier this morning though. How can I restore that exact time?
You can only restore to a specific restore point that is listed. To restore to a specific point means you would have to create a restore point at that time. You cannot set a point in the past.

System Restore doesn't provide an exact time functionally, unless you manually create it. To accomplish what you want, without user intervention, requires a real time backup program.
