bootmgr is missing in windows7home premium in dell inspiron15R-2106SLV

Hi
I bought a new dell inspiron15R-2106SLV and when i am doing some changes in disk management i found error like Bootmgr is missing Press CTRL+ALT+DEL to restart

I am unable to use my lappy as its not going into OS side..

So someone help me on this issue what to do next by step by step procedure.

What changes did you make in Disk mgmt? Did you change the Active partition without knowing what you're doing? This would make it unbootable.

If so mark Win7 or its 100mb System Reserved partition Active: Mark Partition Active

If it doesn't start then, run Startup Repair - Run up to 3 Separate Times

Thanks for the response.
I received my laptop with 1TB harddrive,i tried to make a partition and selsted c drive and clicked n option shrink the volume and after that i received only 500GB space to create a new partition.After that my lappy performance is Degraded.then again i removed the D drive which is of 500GB and after that i am getting this error and i am unable to go into the OS.As i don't have the OS copy CD/DVD.Please suggest me on this or plz send me the detailed steps need to be changed without formatting my lappy/data.
