LUKS vs. TrueCrypt

Which do you use.... which would you recommend, which one is better, and why?....

Have you tried both? I've only used TrueCrypt and i only use it for my portable usb drive (in case i lose it).

No idea really about Luks, but I used TrueCrypt somewhat and found it to be very good and convenient, I can recommend using it. But in any case, the best you can do is to try both yourself and check what you do like more.

i've actually used truecrypt, and like it. was just curious about the other one. :)
