I did a "disk sanitizer" and the laptop isn't rebooting right or reading my operating system cd it says "NON-SySTEM ERROR OR DISK REPLACE AND STRIKE ANY KEY WHEN READY"
1) i removed all assceraries from the leptop
2) ran a diagnostic test all passed
3) here are some photos attachments
4) i think i deleted the partition and the OPS wind.7
Please thanks

Hello tazloccsta and welcome to Seven Forums.

I'm guessing you used HP Disk Sanitizer. As you probably know, this is a utility that can securely erase all data from a hard drive.

HP ProtectTools - keep data, networks and communications protected from threats

Ordinarily I'd suggest you try to return your computer to a previous condition by using a restore point from a date/time prior to using Disk Sanitizer. But I'm not at all confident this would work. It would be way too easy for an unauthorized person to gain access to your computer and "undelete" the data you thought had been securely deleted. But you can give it a try.

One of the Forum experts has prepared a couple of troubleshooting guides that may help.

Or you might want to skip directly to a repair install. It will try to fix your currently installed Windows 7 and preserve your user accounts, data, programs, system drivers, etc. It would probably take less than an hour and if it works, you'd just have to reinstall Windows Updates.

You could also use this opportunity to do a clean reinstall and eliminate the HP bloatware and useless factory installed utilities that just slow down a machine.
