Windows 7 Build 7600 This copy of windows is not genuine

Can anyone help, 2 days ago this appeared on my desktop and although I can still use my computer the desktop background is black and in the bottom right corner it says Windows 7 build 7600 is not genuine. I dint get any product key from the dealer. when i bought the laptop it said windows is activated and it is genuine.

There is a Dell SLIC table, and a Dell Key, on a Lenovo computer - this can only happen if an Activation Exploit is present, and one has been discovered by the WAT update.

You need to reformat and reinstall with legitimate media and Key.

You MUST have a valid Key - the problem with your current installation is that there is no way to know what else the installation of the Activation Exploit may have done, installing backdoors into your computer, or other malware.
The safest option is therefore to reformat and reinstall.
