thread not seperated

I just started seeing this...that on the home page some threads are not defined by lines. Some are grouped together in 2's and 3's with no thread of the same topic. It seems to change with each page refresh.

Have you tried a different browser? I know, different browsers render the webpage differently, for example with Opera, the code boxes are completely different to IE10 and Google Chrome.
