Saw this site on a BBC program, it's basically a quick rundown of what's buried in the TOS for different sites (Facebook, Twitter, Etc). At a glance you can get an idea about the TOS of a particular site.

Interesting. Not only nobody reads the terms we all "agree", but also many times not even follow them. Most installers are also plagued with copyrights texts and terms that nobody reads. How many of us actually read the terms the Windows installer shows or just check the box and press next? :p

...but the guy got $1000 USD for reading the EULA.

I've seen offers for free games (which I did not want) in some EULAs.

I read them so that I know if I can use the software where I work and/or where I volunteer.
