Backup Hard Drive

At present I use Vista and will be upgrading to W7 o/a 22 Oct.

My total C & D drives use 110 GB so I would like to puchase something in that area and
it would only be used for emergency backup. I have looked at several but I noticed that
all of them only function with XP & Vista and no mention of W7.

I would appreciate a recommendation that will function with W7.
