This is my first post so be gentle. I have Bright house roadrunner internet service . I have 2 computers with Windows 7 Ultimate and 1 with Windows 7 professional. Now the problems the //windows 7 Professional is connecting fine via modem router. The desk top and other laptop will not load the internet there are no error messages just with either Explorer or Fire fox just can not load page ,I am getting emails via Outlook ,and Skype and yahoo messenger is working occasionally I can get Kick /ass torrents to load . Now the history these 2 computors were running DSL on the Caribbean Island of Curacao 3 weeks ago with no problems. I have been on the tech support with road house dumped the DNS via command prompts etc so if you can help me it would be great

Usually just resetting winsock and TCP/IP fixes this browser won't go anywhere but appears to be online problem.

Run both commands one at a time, restart machine.

netsh winsock reset catalog (reset winsock entries)

netsh int ip reset reset.log hit (reset TCP/IP stack)
