Increasing incidence of BSOD on MSI GT683 - suspect memory problem

I get the BSOD with increasing frequency, usually when opening new tabs or websites. Firefox has been crashing on a fairly regular basis as well without providing details. I have also noticed graphics artifacts appearing now and again (outlines of screens remaining after closing them, active title bar different color, Aero sometimes stops working until I restart).

I have attached the diagnostic results, which should include all my system info. Additionally, I ran memtest86, which logged more than 1 million errors. I have 12gb memory and all of the errors occurred when testing the 8192m-10G memory. So I think I have a memory problem, but I was told BSOD is often software related and I should have my dump files, drivers, etc, looked at through the diagnostic before replacing memory sticks.

Thanks in advance for your help and let me know what other info I can provide.

Solved

Thanks for your assistance. I ran the malware programs but everything came up clean. I contacted MSI tech support and they suggested a reinstall of Windows 7. With the memtest86 results showing 1+ million memory errors I was suspicious, but after the reinstall the memtest86 was clean and I have not received a BSOD (fingers crossed). Must have been a registry problem (?).
