Hi,

My work PC did a lot of windows updates last week and ever since its been having two major problems.

The pc will not turn off, log off, restart under its own power it has to be forced with the power/reset button. (it will hang at the win7 logging off screen)

Outlook 2010 will not run for more than a few minutes then crash, when you restart it it hangs at loading profiles until the pc is restarted.

Here is a list of all the updates it did last week.

Im alarmed by the ones up the very top that has installed the same one 3 times and if i go into windows update it wants to install it again!

I tried to remove the update but when i go into the list of installed updates to remove it it is not there.

Also oddly there are no system restore points before the updates
