I doubt that the dots have much to do with the monitor profile that Photoshop doesn't like. I got the same message with a Samsung monitor (but no dots). You could try setting one of the standard color profiles in the Color control panel (example: sRGB IEC1966-2.1).

The dots may be the result of a hardware or driver issue. I've never used a 3D monitor, but I've seen artifacts on screen that turned out to be due to a dying graphics card. Getting it replaced (under warranty) solved the problem.

Guys i bought a LG 3D Monitor full hd 1920 x 1080 the issue is i just cant set the monitor to the right settings , i had a issue with photoshop it gave me this : {the monitor Profile "LG D2342P" appears to be defective please rerun ur monitor calibration software}

now what i did for that i just changed the LG Profile from the color management to sRGB IE....and the photoshop issue was gone ,

I have it connected with a DVI-D cable and in the SCREEN RESOLUTION is says LGD2342(Digital)

also when i i try to auto the Monitor is says: DIGITAL VIDEO INPUT NO ACCESS

And last issue is the whole screen on white only its like it has very very small dots that almost can and cant be seen and heres a screenshoot of that

Also when i open steam it shows up in the left upper corner and it should be in the center dont get the reson for that on my old monitor its shows on the center on this its like the monitor is not set dont realy get this ????

Hello and welcome moe might be worth trying reinstalling the NVidia driver my friend- cannot do any harm unless you have done that very recently

Drivers | GeForce

PS since I posted I found some Youtube vids that suggested there are more options if you use a HDMI cable - why I have no idea because the DVI as you konw should carry the grpahics as well as the HDMI does.

I quickly skimmed the Rls notes for the driver, there's just too much to ask, so take a look at
http://us.download.nvidia.com/Windows/314.07/314.07-win8-win7-winvista-desktop-release-notes.pdf
to see if any of the known issues apply.

Guesses. Look in the Rls notes and see if these areas might affect your system.
PhysX config (CPU vs Auto Select)
Install/reinstall driver. According to the Rls notes, Control Panel, not Device Manager should be used to uninstall.
Audio messes up video - turn off audio
