I made a account just for this problem. I will probably be active, I like this website. Thats besides the point. I have literally tried everything ( CHKdsk, sfc scan, disable allow computer to turn off this device, etc.) The first time this happened bonjour was causing trouble and I re installed iTunes and it worked for now. I also saw a band-aid in which you disconnected from internet and my computer shutdown. I would like a permanent fix with out doing a clean-boot if at all possible. Thanks in advance guys!

Ok mate just make sure it is full scan and not the quick one it defaults to and don't foregt to run those others (SAS and ADWCleaner)
Another app which is a must is CCleaner if you haven't got it already - it will keep the rubbish cleaned out of your machine. CCleaner - Download < download from piriform

I hope I catch you in time what reg cleaner are you using PC? The one in CC is fine as long as you save to documents before fixing but any other reg cleaners I wouldn't go anywhere near EVER.

Update: 223 tracking cookies removed in the super spyware remover. Doing a critical point right now. Moving on to the next AV after this and will update.

Ok well done PC I thought this was going to be the outcome. Just as a matter of interest you do only have one dedicated (main) antivirus program on board?
If you have more than one then that can cause problems too - so if you do have more than one it would be to your advantage to pick the one you want and get rid of the rest. Now to do that if you didn't know - you need to use the specific removal tools for each program it is of little value to just delete / uninstall from Programs and Features.
If you are not sure post back and we can get you fixed up
Those scanners I sent you are all ok and can be run when you like but most folks run Malwarebytes from time to time or when the machine starts acting up.
Last thing - if you want a little more out of the machine mate take a breeze through this http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/11728-optimize-windows-7-a.html?filter[2]=Performance Maintenance < if you don't mind losing a bit of the "bling" like transparency for example you will get that bit extra performance and ease of use
PS Forgot those reg cleaners mate get rid of any bar CC
