Media Center TV No picture but I do have sound

Hey guys, I recently started having problems with windows media center live tv. I get a black screen, but I can hear sound perfectly. It's been getting kind of annoying. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks

Also I have a Hauppauge WinTV-HVR 950q, and my graphics card is a ATI Radeon HD 4800 series.

We are going to need more information. Are you hooked up to a TV by HDMI? Is this on your computer monitor? What resolution?
Couple of things worth trying first,
Update the video card drivers.
Update Adobe Flash.
