sfc /scannow found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them...

Hi guys
Running genuine Win7 Pro x64 on a fairly new laptop, Core i7.
Recently I've had problems with the laptop shutting down when I close the lid, and then giving me the "Couldn't shut down successfully" message on startup.
I tried running sfc /scannow but got the attached error log.
Please help!

I'm on a work computer that's running XP so I can't open your cbs.zip file. But what you might want to try is changing the options on what your computer does when you close the lid. You could go to control panel > hardware and sound > power options > system settings. You should see options for pressing the power button and closing the lid. Both have separate settings for battery or plugged in to a/c.

After selecting your options, try running the sfc /scannow again. If it still shows problems try running it 3 times from an elevated command prompt (option two) and reboot the computer immediately after each scan. If this still doesn't fix the damaged or corrupt files you could go to option three and view just the SFC scan results from the CBS log. Personally, I would try a Repair Install if the SFC didn't fix things. If successful it will fix your currently installed Windows 7 and preserve your user accounts, data, programs, system drivers, etc. You would have to reinstall Windows Updates. The repair takes about an hour and the updates could take at least that long if not longer.
