how to skip IR hardwre check in Mediacenter, alternative to it for TV?

how to skip IR hardware check in Media center ?

I have Intel DH57DDIntel DH77 which has no port to inject IR emitters red-black plugs on MOBO

and Win media center is forcing for IR hardware check ,, how to skip it

can anyone give me urs Program data of media center so that i can put it on my pc and directly play TV

is there is any alternative for Win Media center for watching TV in SD quality free softs most welcome ??

The way I got around that was to select Antenna as the input instead of Cable or Satellite. Then I went into the program guide and edited the channel selection to channel 2 only. My cable box outputs on analog channel 2. I was really starting to get pissed off at being stuck at the "no compatible IR blaster detected" screen.
I was thinking of switching to composite but it sounds like it looks for the IR their too.
