Best program for organizing photos into folders..

I wonder if there is a program out there that will do what I am asking for here. I need a program that can take thousands of photos in a single folder, and automatically put them into folders by date, based on the file header of the images.. If I have to manually do it.. fine, but I am looking for a program that can make it easier..

Thanks.. I know this is not necessarily 7 related, but, I am running windows 7 as an OS.. if that helps..

Breeze systems Downloader Pro does exactly this.
Ive been using it for a few years and it works really well.
It will even create folders on the fly.
