Big, dock-like taskbar icons w/ Smaller (100%) Display?

I'm a Mac user migrating over to Windows 7 for some development work and while I love the new Windows 7 Taskbar, I'd actually like to get the icons larger to somewhat match my old Dock.

I know I can go to Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Display and set the UI to Medium or Larger, however this tweaks all of my interface elements, not just the taskbar and its icons.

Is there a simple way to have the taskbar icons as (reasonably) large as possible without making all of my interface elements humongous? I don't need 16 point type, I just need big, dock-like icons. :-)

Unless someone posts otherwise...you can't adjust the size of the inons on the Superbar besides the "Use Small Icons" option in the Start Menu Propertied

Ah that's a shame. I was hoping for a registry hack that would increase the size of the taskbar without having to change all my UI chrome. Medium or Large are both big enough, but I can't stand the size increase in everything else. :(

You can resize the taskbar to create additional space for buttons and toolbars.
  1. Right-click an empty area on the taskbar. If Lock the taskbar has a check mark next to it, the taskbar is locked. Unlock it by clicking Lock the taskbar, which removes the check mark.
  2. Point to the edge of the taskbar until the pointer changes into a double-headed arrow**

, and then drag the border to make the taskbar the size you want.
