Blue Screen every couple minutes

I seem to be having the same problem that a lot of people are having. Only for me, my computer is shutting off and restarting every ten minutes or so.

I have a completely new computer, bought less than one week ago, with Windows 7.
AMD Pheonom II X4 910
2.6 GHz
8 GB RAM
64 bit
ATI Radron 4350 display adapter

Everything worked fine until today when suddenly it started this frequent crashing. Prior to the start of the problem, I hadn't installed any new software for over a day.

I'm hoping to post this before it

Here are the two most recent minidump files... I don't have the slightest idea for why Windows 7 is doing this, so any help is appreciated ;)

edit: to be more specific, the BSOD only occurs every few times it shuts down. The other times, it merely restarts and gives the safemode option screen.

A stop 0x124, also known as a "Machine Check Exception". The hardware has signalled an uncorrectable fault and Windows is passing the message along in the form of a 0x124 BSOD. Both crashes are the same. Here's the standard write-up for that error:

"WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (124)
A fatal hardware error has occurred. Parameter 1 identifies the type of error
source that reported the error. Parameter 2 holds the address of the
WHEA_ERROR_RECORD structure that describes the error conditon."

In your case, the automated dump analysis has detected a relatively specific issue:

FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: X64_0x124_AuthenticAMD_PROCESSOR_CACHE

Try to update the BIOS and the hardware-related drivers (video, NIC, chipset...). Don't over-clock or under-cool. Beyond that, give it's under warranty presumably, personally I'd take it back to the shop.
