Today I've installed windows 7 x86 on my Acer Aspire 9810. Unfortunately i can't find the driver for the Avermedia M115/M104 TV Tuner.
Does someone have the same problem and found a driver that works?
Thanks,
Powerbit

yes i have the same problem. tried a clean install. it refuses to use the back up i made with windows vista. maybe fortunately this was a new hard drive that i just installed a couple of weeks ago. I will reformat the new drive again, reinstall windows 7 after using the transfer tool from windows 7 on the old drive. putting the fresh new hard drive. so much for a smooth install.
Here is the link to downloadOk, I just installed Win 7 on my Aspire 9810, I cannot find the Multimedia Controller drivers and the Avermedia tuner drivers, can anyone help? I cannot find the program from thread above. Thanks for any help

I would think that getting a driver for your TV tuner would be the answer however I am not sure. But what you could do is use this tutorial to find out what you want to know. I am supposing that you are seeing a yellow mark in your device manager on 'Multimedia Controller' if so then you can use this tutorial to find the name of the device. Good luck to you and let us know if this resolves for you.Myzr7: Thanks I will try it. But do you have any idea about the 'Multimedia Controller' drivers? I suspect its the AverMedia, but not sure.
Glad you got it working. Thanks for reporting back your resolve.Ok... I want to report that I was able to install Avermedia driver as per the instructions given by TwoBeers...Thanks TB! All is well with drivers and multimedia controller.
Thanks Gents!
