USB and Illuminated Keyboard staying on after shut down

When i shut down the computer the USB and Illuminated ps2 Keyboard stay on.
Any Idea's ?

Not exactly a "crashes and debugging" issue, but almost certainly caused by non-software factors. If you're truly "shutting down", as opposed to sending the machine to "sleep", then there's no OS, no drivers, no software at all - just the hardware.

Updating the BIOS could potentially help. Otherwise, test what happens when you don't boot to Windows at all, but instead power down the computer from the BIOS config menu. If it's the same symptom... absolutely a hardware issue beyond any doubt.
