Internet conection problem
I finally got Win 7 installed and now i am having problems connecting to the internet. I am using a wireless g connection no security at all (not my choice) i am able to connect to the network but it tells me their is no connection to the internet and their is a yellow triangle by the connection status.
I am dual booting win7 and XP now and the connection works fine on XP. The wireless adapter is a trend net TEW-423PI i could not find any win 7 drivers so i used visa ones.
I'm sorry if this is a repeat of another thread i read sevral other threads and the solutions didn't seem to apply.
If you have any other questions let me know any help will be greatly appreciated.

Boot to XP. From command prompt:
ipconfig /all
Write down the info or make a screenshot of it and print it.
Use it to set static ip in 7.

Do you have the Bonjour service installed? If so, stop the service and uninstall it.
