All my files are locked? AHH!!

Ok, this is a nightmare.

I do a lot of photoshop graphics for work. I open a file in photoshop and edit...then save....WRONG!! It says I cannot save because it is locked. ALL MY FILES ARE LOCKED?

How do I correct this insanity?

Im sorry, I do not know much about photoshop, but I think if you use system restore prior to the point that you had the problem, you may be able to use it again. If that does not work, possibly a system image roll back may be of help. Let us know what happens.

System restore?? I just installed it two days ago!

Does this happen with any other file type?

You could try to change the owner of the file properties. Right Click on the file and properties and go to details and down near the [OK] button it will have a blue link text saying " Remove Properties and Personal Information" and or go to the Security tabs and edit the permissions. It might be annoying to do this on a big scale though. Hope it helps'
