Wont start After a restart

Ok so i installed windows 7 perfectly without my sound card or network card in so i turned it off plugged them in started up, then it installed the drivers(not the graphics card though its too big for now i have a cap limit) for the sound card and the network card all fine, i turn it off went to sleep next day i try turning it on and it hangs by starting windows no orbs nothing,i say lemme reinstall it again so i do it installs fine then this time i didnt put any other card in except my graphics card(didnt install drivers either) i turn it off i turn it on it hangs again by staring windows, also was desperate enough to hibernate it instead of turning it off work well for 3 days then when the screen was off it restarted by it self but this time it had no starting windows nothing just black i Ctrl+Alt+Del and it restarted same thing anyone know how to fix this? and my PC has some pretty old hardware so im not suprised if its failing just wanted to know if there is any other way i can fix this with out spending on a new hardware

Hi Epic! Welcome to SevenForums!

Do you see your manufacturer logo or whatever else usually appears on your screen before starting Windows?
If you do, try Start Up Repair by inserting your Windows 7 DVD.

Press any key when it says.

Choose your language and press next.

Look at the bottom of that window and it should say Repair Your Computer. Click that.

Select which operating system you want to restore and the click on Next.
If Windows 7 is not listed here, or it is blank, then it is ok. Click on Next anyway.

Select the Startup Repair option.

Startup Repair will now scan your computer to attempt to find and fix any startup problems.

NOTE: Startup Repair might prompt you to make choices as it tries to fix the problem, and if necessary, it might restart your computer as it makes repairs. If repairs are not successful, you'll see a summary of the problem and links to contact information for support.
