Help making ISO student D/L files

Hello everyone, i seem to be havin a little trouble creating an ISO with student D/L win7 pro 64 bit i followed the instructions from the link

downloaded the OCSDIMG file and put it into my windows system32 folder
ran the cd /d C:\windows\system32, succesfully.

ran the oscdimg -u2 -b"C:\Documents and Settings\David\Desktop\expandedSetup\boot\etfsboot.com" -h "C:\Documents and Settings\David\Desktop\expandedSetup" C:\7.iso and when i hit enter i get
ERROR could not delete file "ubC:\expandableSetup\boot\etfsboot.com"
error 123:the filename, directory name or volume label syntax is incorrect.
and takes me back to a C\windows\system32 prompt.
am i missing something here, i am going to reboot and try it again

sorry for postin in the work place, but i think i fixed my problem,
