Windows 7 lost Internet Connection with EMule

Good Morning.
I have a big problem with W7. I have updated from Vista to Seven, and when I turn on emule, after one or two hours the Internet Connection is disconnected. I can read the message "Limited Access".
I have installed the new drivers for the USB Wifi.
¿do you have a idea?

I get that from time to time with uTorrent. Also using WiFi. If I look at my wireless modem log I can see a high amount of packet errors (outbound). Seems I have this problem if my upload speed is set too high.

If I decrease my upload rate to 50% of what my rated speed is, then no problems. This was the case for me in XP, Vista and 7.

Running wired is a different story. No problems at all. Max upload rate.

I can´t understand what is happen. I have changed my update rate and it worked (during 3 or 4 days). But, when I restarted my pc it did not workt again.....can someone help me??? Thanks.
