IE8 address bar seem to be darkness

Hello all,

Sometimes Im using IE8 for my outlook webmail access (OWA).
IE8 address bar (URL) seem to be black or darkness when I open a new tab.So I cannot see what Im typing. I attached a screenshot for you.Its describe the problem.

Additional info:
Im using Win7 x86
Also Im using Sico Theme.

If I change my theme to default win7 theme, problem solve.

Any advice for fix the problem ?

As you type in the address it normally appears under the address bar(attachment)


EDIT: Sorry, ignore it, not relevant to your problem.

Possibly a bug or something in the theme itself causing the prob. I don't think it's ie8 causing the prob.
