Win7 slow to create and rename folders

Try uninstalling McAfee for the time being.

And I dont use McAfee.
the weird thing is that if I creat a new folder and in time that my explorer dont rsponding I go to another App like word and want to save file, I can see the new folder and even can to save the file in it.
I have Another problem and I think its part of the same problem, when I move file or folder I still see it in the source folder and dont see it in the destination folder, and its dont change until I refresh the window or wait at least 20sec.
