Windows Explorer pins itself to taskbar

Every few days or so, out of nowhere, Windows Explorer pins itself to my taskbar. If I click it, it opens up Libraries. Why does this happen and how can I stop it?

Nevermind... if I untick that option, it disables jumplists!
