Windows Download showing white screen

The digital river download manager shows as a white screen. While the top Title bar shows that a download is in progress and I have downloaded it 100%, I cannot continue or get passed this part because I cant see anything! Help pls! :confused:

Hi and welcome

Most times downloads are stored in temp folder till complete. If you know the name of the download and ahve the entire C drive indexed you can search for it.
