Whenever I use Explorer extensively for copying & pasting files between locations - no matter what the locations on my HDD, or whether I right-click or use Ctrl+C,Ctrl+V - explorer.exe seems to lock up, and will no longer dynamically display the change of information (such as when one file replaces another or is added to the folder). A restart by killing the process, then using WindowsKey+R >> explorer.exe always manages to fix it.
