I have recently purchased an Advent Milano mini notebook complete with Windows 7 Starter Edition. (ADVENT Milano Netbook - Cheap ADVENT Netbooks. Buy the ADVENT Milano Netbook at PC World.)
I'm using a LG optical drive with it, which installed Cyberlink Power DVD 9 when installing the drivers. (PC World - LG Portable slimline Re-Writer DVD REWRITER DRIVE - Shop for cheap DVDRWs)
However it appears to be the bogstandard edition, and won't play Dolby Digital sound when I pop in a DVD.
Same problem with WMP. Is there a way of overcoming this?
