I Have to Connect to the Internet Manually

A few days ago, the internet at my house went down (A telephone line was hit by a tree branch), and when it returned, my computer no longer started up connected to the internet. Now, every time I turn my computer on, I have to disable my Home and Public Network, and run the troubleshooter to reconnect. (When I do this, it only connects to the Home Network, but it makes no difference in performance.)

I'm not sure what other background information you need for this, as I assume it's only a matter of adjusting settings. Still, I'd like to get it fixed. Any suggestions?
