Windows 7 Genuine Validation??

OK, THIS is new...

I got up this morning, found the password page to my computer up, which was weird, but I thought maybe a power failure that didn't set the UPC alarm off---so I put in my password and it says that I am NOT running Genuine Windows, which should come as quite a shock to Microsoft since this is the program they sent me on DVD as an upgrade from Vista that I purchased at New Egg. It hasn't shut anything down, and it doesn't show any other signs of not being Genuine, I was able to download "Genuine Only Downloads" at Microsoft, but it does bother me that screen came up saying I was not running Genuine Windows. Any ideas??
