I have a windows system that is using networked printers of various types and sometimes when the user goes to print, it will not work because the printer spooling service turns itself off. I need to know why this is happening and how to prevent this from happening. It doesnt seem to be a driver problem because they have been uninstalled and reinstalled in compatibility mode and didnt work. thank you for any help.
