Hi there, I recently upgraded my windows 7 from the release candidate to an oem version that was supplied with a new computer, I completely wiped the old win 7 os and installed on a clean partition, dual boot with xp, install was great, went fast and no errors, but now it takes up to 20 min to start windows. I nuke and paved again, with same results, tried disconnecting all usb devices and printer/scanner, disabled floppy support as i have no floppy drive, ran chkdsk on both drives and ensured no non-pnp devices are installed, as of now only installed programs are world of warcraft, belkin n52te setup editor, google chrome, windows manager and avira antivirus. please let me know what info you require and I will post back. thanks in advance for any help.
