Hi, I would just like to share my experenice of over clocking and windows 7.
In builds <7048 i could only overclock my cpu (AMD Athlon XP 2600+) to around 2037MHz, anything beyond that and i would get BSOD on boot....
I started playing around agin after installing Windows 7 buold 7048 x86 and got some great results and have yet to hit a brickwall or BSOD...
I have managed now to overclock the 2600 to 2083 MHz (11.5 x 181) with no heat or stability issues at all.. whats more when i got to this setting and rebooted windows installed new cpu drivers (for2800+) and prompted a reboot, i done as it asked and now my cpu is recongnized as a 2800+..
Gonna push it further shortly, i managed only with win2k to get it a bit further than this without problems... lets see...

I just got it to over 2100MHz but it was unstable and froze on me, but that was after having the pc on for around three days, i may try again in a minute as i just woke up and turned pc on and am running a lot cooler now... mmm

It will be good to hear more results, i was disapointed when i got blue screens going past 2037mhz in previous builds but this seems about right for my machine and similar to how it was running when i used win2k/xp.
