"Native" or easy way to color-tag folders??

Hello my friends!!!

please is there any easy way to color-tag folders (windows explorer)??

i had a plugin i remember from the old XP days... but i can remember its name :/

If there isnt any native solution (like a setting, a MS plugin, or something)

what could be the best solution???

(i think on xp there was something like tweak IU that was adding this feature? anyway)

i test it and seems to be ok but there are some issues with 7 (administrator related)
